Terms & Conditions

Vinter & Bloom is a registered trademark owned by Amvina AB, VAT: SE556753970401, registered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Once you place your order with Vinterbloom.com you accept our conditions of sale. We deliver within Sweden and all the countries with in the EU and Norway. In order to shop with us, you must be at least 18 years of age.

If you wish to order to a country outside the EU, send us an email at info@vinterbloom.com with information about the products you want to buy, including article name and number, your delivery address and country. We will get back to you with more information if we are able to deliver.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address directly after you have completed your purchase. It is important that you provide a valid e-mail address to receive information about any part-delivery, delays, etc.

Shipping Information

We normally ship only to the countries listed below. Delivery by UPS. For the respective shipping costs please refer to the below table.

Shipping is free of charge when the gross order value is over 600 SEK in Sweden or € 100 in Europe.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU further costs may apply in individual cases that we are not responsible for and shall be borne by the customer. These include for example, costs for the transfer of funds through credit institutions (eg bank charges, exchange fees) or legal import duties or taxes (eg customs duties).

We deliver with UPS. From the border each local post office will take over the parcels.

Payment Information

We accept debit and credit cards from Visa and MasterCard. No additional card charges. DIBS handles all our credit card payments.

30 Days Return Policy

Vinterbloom.com offer a 30 days return policy.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, only for items purchased directly from vinterbloom.com. Vinter & Bloom products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Our 30 days return policy only applies if the product is returned unused and undamaged, in original packaging and all tags and labels remain. A product that is not in a re-sellable condition as a new product, is not accepted.

The customer pays return shipping. Return smaller shipments with the easiest letter or package to our warehouse.

We do not handle changes and we ask you to return the item to us and then make a new order.

Complaints

If we have delivered the wrong product or if the product is defect, please contact us within five days of receiving it so we can help you solve the problem. Claims must be in accordance with the instructions given by us.
Send an e-mail to info@vinterbloom.com with your order number, a detailed description and photos or a video of the problem.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects. That is, an error encountered during manufacture, which differs from a similar product made without error. This means that sun fading and rust or similar complaints can only be made within five days from the receipt of the goods.

The warranty does not apply to defects caused by wear & tear or lack of maintenance and service. Claims approved by Vinter & Bloom will be repaired or replaced with a new one. The warranty does not apply if the customer themselves corrected or commissioned a fix of the error without Vinter & Bloom’s consent.

If any product that you have ordered is missing in the shipment, you must notify Vinter & Bloom within five days from the receipt of the goods.

Vinter & Bloom do not provide, or account for the cost of packaging, but we always pay for any shipping cost of an approved claim.

When we send a replacement product or a replacement part, we try to choose the most appropriate shipping method, but it is not certain that it will be the same as when first ordering.

In cases where Vinter & Bloom send a shipping label for the return of an incorrect or defective item, it is sent digitally via e-mail to be printed by the customer.

Return Shipping

When you want to use our 30 Days Return Policy the shipping cost will be paid for by you, the customer. When we approve a reclaim at Vinter & Bloom we will pay for the return shipping. In cases when we sent shipping documents digitally, the customer prints them. These are valid for 30 days. If the customer does not send the product back using the shipping documents within the 30 days, Vinter & Bloom will no longer pay for the shipping cost and the customer will then be responsible for the return shipping, booking and cost.

Unclaimed Orders

For unclaimed packages – we reserve the right to charge the costs of administration arising from unclaimed parcels (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 200 SEK / € 20 on a package not picked up. The local representative keeps the shipment for 14 days before returning it to us.
